Bartlett,   Live/Work         under construction
The back wall as construction started.
The red iron frame work made the dismantling of
the back wall easier than it could have been.
Getting the rubble out of the way took longer than
taking the wall down,
We moved on to the plumbing after
cutting the existing slab for the pipes.
As with all projects, the concrete pour is a
welcomed sight.
With the framing underway the space began to take
shape.
The mechanical stage always seems to take the
longest, but is one of the most critical.
While in mechanics the storefront came down.
And went back up.
